Frustrated with the musical cesspool of the 1990’s, Flip and Nought fused their talents and shared disappointment with popular music to form Jones Island Blues. The recordings were hi-fi scaled down to lo-fi in order to emulate a vanished time and its musical standards. Months would pass between sessions. Some sessions even relied on telephones and answering machines.
